1. Introduction and Definitions

Welcome to the be22 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between be22 and the user of this website ("you" or "user"). By accessing the be22 platform, registering, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms.

3. Account Security

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using your account, especially on shared devices.
• If you notice unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify be22 support immediately.
• The account may only be used by the account holder. Allowing third parties to use the account is prohibited.

be22 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of an account if you did not alert be22 in time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The transaction rules on the be22 platform are as follows:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

be22 may request additional documents or place a hold on suspicious transactions. Once verification is complete, the transaction will be processed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

be22 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. All related terms are described below:

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.
• Wagering requirement: 20x (20 times the sum of deposit and bonus).
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

General Bonus Policy:

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• be22 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

VIP Program:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
• VIP tier advancement is based on your gaming activity and loyalty.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to gaming and betting on the be22 platform:

• Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting the game.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully impartial and verifiable.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, be22 may refund the bet for that round.
• Once a bet result has been announced, it cannot be changed.
• If the internet connection is lost, the result of the ongoing game is saved on the server.
• For sports betting, the final decision is made after the official result is published.
• be22 reserves the right to void any bet without giving a reason if unusual activity is suspected.

Suspicious gaming patterns, use of bots, or attempts to exploit any system vulnerability may result in immediate account closure.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the be22 platform:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting").
• Deliberately placing low-risk bets to take advantage of bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking, phishing or attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Registering using a false identity or documents.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the be22 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, source code, game designs and other materials — is owned by be22 or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing or commercially using any content from the platform without prior written permission from be22 is prohibited.
• A limited right to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes is granted.
• be22's trademarks or logos may not be used without permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by be22: be22 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Involvement in fraudulent or unethical activities.
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities.
